What are your accountabilities?

In our dynamic and fast paced Product Development space, you will find around 70 highly skilled Software-, QA- and DevOps Engineers and 8-10 Product Managers / Owners. The Product Management Director drives and executes our company’s product roadmaps and manages the Product Management team. Furthermore, he or she is responsible for developing and advocating an ambitious and appealing product vision, Go-to-Market Plan and strategy for the assigned eVision product portfolio, aligned with the Sales & Marketing strategy. Another significant part of the role is to partner with and monitor the product development and product implementation. He or she will be leading lifecycle and performance steering, in order to ensure integral ownership and lifecycle navigation for the assigned eVision product portfolio.

Detailed job description:
•    Drive and execute an innovative global product roadmap through customer interactions, industry expertise and collaboration across cross functional product teams 
•    Manage a portfolio of the company’s largest revenue generating product offerings
•    Build and train a high performing team of product professionals
•    Engage customers at events, workshops and site-visits to better understand their challenges and use of eVision products to incorporate into eVision’s platform strategy and product roadmaps 
•    Provide regular thought leadership (trends, blogs, industry knowledge, industry events, etc.) 
•    Partner with sales, marketing and delivery teams to communicate roadmap priorities and obtain industry feedback and validation
•    Work closely with clients, sales prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, build use cases, answer questions regarding responses to RFPs and help manage external and internal expectations
•    Measure and communicate progress against roadmaps to executive management and the cross-functional product teams
•    Help teams manage product backlogs and prioritization workload
•    Maintain and grow our culture of passion for products and innovation in the industry 

What are we looking for in you?

•    Education: Master’s degree in business, Technology or a related field
•    10–12 years in product development or management 
•    Experience with agile or lean software development methodologies, product ownership and product management
•    Experience in managing enterprise software 
•    8–10 years’ in agile coaching and consulting
•    Experience communicating complex and new technology business benefits with executives and clients
•    Experience presenting at industry conferences and corporate events

Desired soft skills: 
•    Excellent written and oral communications; ability to communicate very complex technical information to audiences
•    Strong leadership, interpersonal and management skills
•    Strong business analysis skills
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills
•    Agile and Lean methodologies 
•    Ability to absorb and analyse new technologies, practices and standards
•    Ability to assess and articulate (from a technical and workflow standpoint) potential acquisition or strategic partnership candidates
•    Ability to present publicly at customer conferences
